US SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
All orders are shipped via USPS from our base in Puerto Rico.
*Please note* due to Covid-19 disruptions USPS pickups are no longer occurring daily which may result in a greater lag time between ordering and shipping. However transit times themselves remain largely unaffected.
Estimated times do NOT include weekends or holidays or the 1 to 2 days it takes to process and pack your order*
Flat Rate = USPS PRIORITY MAIL – FREE
3 to 5 business days*
Expedited = USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS – $35.00
1 to 2 days business days*
You will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order once your item has been shipped.
US RETURN POLICY
We accept return requests from US customers only, within 14 days of receipt, and for any reason as long as the hat is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
While outbound shipping is free, there will be a return shipping fee of $10 which will be deducted from your refund.
This fee is waived for one time exchanges. In other words, exchanges are free (one time per order)
To initiate a return or exchange, simply notify us of your intent via email and we will issue a trackable, pre-paid return shipping label that you can print out and tape to the box. You may then drop the box off at your local USPS or arrange a free pickup online at usps.com. If you do not have access to a printer we will mail the label out to you, just let us know.
As soon as the goods are back in our hands we will process your exchange or issue your refund via your original payment method
LOCAL (PR) SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Hats can be ordered through the site and selected for free delivery by USPS Priority Mail, or “free pickup” in the San Juan/Guaynabo metro area. Pickup time and location can be arranged via the contact page or IG inbox.
We accept returns or exchanges of unworn goods within 7 days, just let us know and arrangements will be made.
