Due to high international shipping costs and long transit times we cannot accept returns or exchanges for international purchases unless the product is defective. In other words, all international sales are final.
Should product get returned to us due to non-delivery or abandonment, shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount. These refunds cannot be processed until the goods are back at our base (which can take months), so please take care to read all the information below.
But don’t worry, 99.9% of our international shipments go according to plan!
DUE TO COVID-19 ISSUES, ALL SHIPPING FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY MOMENT BASED ON USPS SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS AND SUSPENSIONS.

If your country is on the list we cannot ship to you, or may only be able to ship with certain (more expensive) methods.
We will contact you if anything changes at the moment of shipping.
Currently USPS will only accept Priority Mail Express International packages for Australia and New Zealand for which we charge a discounted price of $65.00. There is no guarantee on the express part!

All international shipping charges are offered at a substantially lower rate than our actual costs (avg. savings of 25% on shipping costs, depending on location)
All packages are shipped via USPS from our base in Puerto Rico.
You will receive an email containing the tracking link for your order once it has been shipped. We advise following these guidelines to best keep track of your package.
- follow the link and sign up for free email or text alerts from the USPS tracking page
- do the same with an international e-commerce tracking service such as parcelmonitor.com or trackingmore.com
- This is because once the package reaches your country it will become the possession and responsibility of your country’s postal delivery service and these sites can let you know when and which carrier.
- it is especially important to keep an eye on your order at this stage to avoid delivery issues which can result in it being accidentally returned to us
IMPORT TAXES, TARIFFS and DUTIES are determined at the port of entry and are the customer’s responsibility.
Failure to pay or accept these fees will result in the package being returned to us and will incur extra shipping fees.

Due to Covid-19 disruptions, shipping times vary greatly from country-to-country and time-to-time and cannot be guaranteed with any accuracy. Please also bear in mind that pickups are no longer happening daily, which can lead to a lag time between packing and shipping your order.
Estimated transit times do not include weekends, holidays, or any time in customs.
CANADA Flat Rate = USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL – $35.00 US
6 to 10 business days* – no longer guaranteed due to Covid-19 disruptions.
CANADA Expedited = USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS – $45 US
3 to 5 business days* – no longer guaranteed due to Covid-19 disruptions.

If you do not see your country listed on the checkout page we can add it by special request which you can make via the contact form or IG inbox. If the shipping price varies we will let you know first.
